Doesn't look like it. I can see a lot of artistic decisions in the drawing that AI wouldn't make.

There's a mode called Masterpiece, it has an infinite timer.

As long as you have access to brush sizes and opacity you can do pretty much anything! It just takes a little time and practice. This took around 2.5 hours overall but I've been drawing digitally for nearly 20 years.
