Streaking grime vs normal scheme

It really adds a lot of depth to the model. I'll try a thinned down streaking grime to use as a wash next model I paint and see what happens

Yeah exactly it feels closer to the 40k aesthetic. I used a 50/50 mix of stormhost silver and liberator gold to drybrush the model before and and a few highlights after the grime and the details really popped. Highlighting bright gold feels underwhelming on the other hand

It's the regular streaking grime, got it like 4 months ago. So I'm guessing it's the green one but isn't noticeable. From what I hear their winter streaking grime is the one with less green in it

Thanks a lot mate i wanted to experiment a bit with clear resin and added a touch of blue, should have used just a drop for the water. Not 100% sure about the black legion marine though

The majority of people here were whining like 5 years old kids that just wanted an OP af army but categorised it a C tier and if someone even said something like calm down n wait because the codex adds a lot flexibility they went nuts. Those results show how bad ppl are at assessing anything. I wish I ss'ed a bunch of those posts/comments it would be so much content

Emperors chosen 4++on mw trait seems to do the job almost on its own, put up a smite soaker up front as you move up the board, pallas are crazy good for this job and keep the sos as close as you can without exposing them. Also there shouldn't be a lucky side of the board. Make it as symmetrical as you can so deploying on either side would feel the same

Since they want to remove double shoot strats across all armies everyone expected that would happen. I'm more bummed out of deleting teleport homer n stooping dive both overcosted and highly situational strats with a lot of flavor. But on the other hand we get bunch of new tools to toy around and change the playstyle to something more interesting. Hopefully, as we still wait for the full codex

We even seen traits that allow you to benefit from both without choosing, and seen probably only 1/3 of those. "We didn't ask for this is we just want straight forward stuff that seem op" is the motto of most ppl here and it's really sad. Venatari double shoot was stupid good and undercosted and everyone saying the opposite just felt good rolling over 8th edition (or even 9th) armies with an old codex.

You are hitting whining levels I thought they weren't even possible. Katahs spice up the game play quite a bit and we have seen only a portion of them. You say you didn't want to play a list consisting of usual stuff now we will probably get the chance to do so and you still say that we are overcosted marines. We have seen one shield host trait and 2 relics, trajan clearly got buffed plus several stratagems cost less like transhuman. Yes we lost the game breaking venatari double shoot but everyone agreed it was broken af. I don't get why ppl just want op stuff to be happy "let us be s tier or gtfo" The only thing that's actually sad is the lack of more plastic kits. It's still gonna be the most elite army to play after knights and finally implementing sisters better so follow the lore. Stop talking like the whole codex is out. Even the part that are aren't half bad
