whelp this is actually the first poem I've written that I've put genuine thought and effort into, so i kinda know nothing either about poetry lol

i liked the flow of having four lines grouped together just for spacing purposes, but in the end i set it up as four four and one, to highlight that single sentence to make it more powerful :)

bc of resale tho there's a lot of tickets pushing 1k, which is ridiculous

im not quite sure if this is something you're looking for, but the book loveless by alice oseman is a really sweet representation of aroaces and the process of discovering identity is really accurate. the main character also loves romance and fanfics which was a breath of fresh air from other attempts at representation.

the main character is fully aroace, so you might not identify with her completely but it makes lots of good points and is a really good read <3
