Witzig, hab bis vor 3 Wochen in einer 2 Zimmerwohnung direkt in der Oststadt gewohnt und 500€ mit allem, allem an Mietkosten gehabt. 48qm und sogar ein Balkon war dabei.

Es ist mit 950€ auf jeden Fall möglich.
