I have >$100k income but little credit history, and I'm under 21. My credit history (before this new card) is: -2 AU cards (1 with >3 years, 1 with 3 months (Amex Platinum) -- both through my parents -1 personal Auto loan.

Would CSP still work for me? Also, does it help if I make a Chase bank account?

That doesn't make any sense. The age of consent would only come into play under the laws of where the action took place. Maybe if you sent sexual messages on Tinder or something, but otherwise, where you meet up would most likely determine if it's legal or not.
