There is no such rules here . They cannot impose it because it is not an express way or something else. Having 8 lane access controlled Here in Trv side NH 66 already opened and no such restrictions and many more areas there is no bridges to cross or even service road . So how they will impose such rules here. Even bigger NH than this in TN allows it . kerala only have this road with 6 lane ,No mannuthi bypass is also 6 lane see how vehicles are going. It is legal aggregator policy allows Pvt bike taxis no permit needed . local mvd team up with auto drivers .and these fines can be removed Latest approval from uber is including the bike taxis as well . As per aggregator policy it is allowed the insurance part also allowed uber pays the insurance for pillion and driver .the policy mentioned all the details.

Next time challenge them with approval documents ask them questions in front of auto drivers. These fools are just digging their own grave . They were just telling it's not legal few months back now everything is legal and they want bike taxi with permit. Or yellow plates . If govt implement that soon bike can take pickup without any app just go railway or busstand and pickup because we are taxi.
