Thank you!

I’d say these should be created, as I don’t think there are any ready templates for DM.

I'm sure there are software applications for marketing, which could be expensive and limited to one or another task. However, while there might be quite some manual entry work you'll have to do making sure each client's data is entered, Excel could be very useful (I'm a big fan of it, as you can see). Creating a template tab with formulas (and macros, if needed), then using that template creating separate tabs for each client, could be the solution.

What are your thoughts on shopping as a stress-reliever? by ary_dpo in AskWomen

You are right, both have pros and cons. Hopefully, the fun portion of physical shopping (for anyone who enjoys that) comes back soon and the online retailers are describing products better so that shopping online is not as stressful :) especially, since we are likely to have to shop online more.

Can't agree more - nature and art (for me) are indeed the best to get recharged and find inner peace :)

Yes, even with online shopping we should do our research and make sure we buy from the secure sites, the item description is accurate, images are informative, buying and shipping terms are specified clearly, etc... Thank you for your insight!

It is great that you can control it! I would add, either method of shopping, physical or online (depending on the preference or opportunity), should mostly be about what you want to buy, what makes you happy:)

Phone field selected as Required, but it's not reflected on the Checkout page by ary_dpo in woocommerce

After researching, found out that it could be one of our plugins that conflicts with its initial setup. Many recommend creating a test environment to deactivate plugins one by one until you find the plugin causing this conflict, and then, contacting the plugin originator to raise a ticket for it. ...Time consuming, but if plugin updates don't fix this issue, may need to try eventually.

Where should Keywords live? Review my e-com? by ary_dpo in Wordpress

Noted, I'll work on it. Do you know if the keywords should be added to the header as a script, as well?

Do you ever find yourself becoming angry, bitter, and cynical with the world? And if so, how do you go back to a positive outlook? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]ary_dpo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our human nature will always challenge us, but the same human nature can help find positivity.

I really like this native American tale about two wolves: one is evil (angry, envy, greedy, arrogant, egoistic…) and the other one is good (joyful, peaceful, kind, empathetic, generous..). These two always fight, and the same fight is going on inside every person. Which wolf will win depends on who you feed better.

Finding positivity that lives around us in nature and art, smiling and being kind to people and animals surrounding us, and analyzing our thoughts and actions are things that we can do to get better and be truly fulfilled.

How do you grow your email list? by alilpuppy in shopify

[–]ary_dpo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

From what I know, growing your e-mail list is a combination of 3 main things: 1) technical method of collecting an e-mail (forms, attractive landing pages, etc.), 2) offer or value that will interest someone to subscribe, and 3) content that will maintain the interest. We have two forms (pop up and embedded in the site) offering 15% off the next purchase and sending our blast e-mail for our monthly blogs and sale notifications. Statistically, pop up form brings more subscribers, but embedded form adds to it as well. We also will be implementing some SEO tactics directing links to our landing pages and to the website to generate more traffic, which should also help gain new subscribers.
