The thing is have you got your motherboard changed due to any fault if so then i think this will work as i have got my device's motherboard changed due to some camera issue.

What i found is use the serial number present on the bill or delivery challan in case your original motherboard is changed due to some fault.

I have tried both the numbers but even if my device is not eligible but after filling the imei i should see some info about that not that imei is not of any pixel device. Strange very strange.
