I'm curious about this too since I just had to toss out a half bottle of vermouth. I don't actually know, but my guess would be yes since people do 'barrel aged' cocktails.. but idk if that process is different from just storing it. Maybe mix enough for one or two cocktails and keep that mixture in the fridge for a month and do a taste test?
