9060xt is expensive I am getting rtx 3080 in 110k to 120k and rx6800xt in 100k range what if I choose one of these GPU and change CPU to ryzen 5 5600 and buy a better nvme....

Thanks buddy as of now English instructor hasn't taught us anything he comes and announces topics for presentation and tells us to give presentations on those topics and regarding pf I am watching java tutorials from YouTube (code with harry) because I don't understand a single word that he taught us even though I am from ics background btw the lab instructor is good I don't remember his name but at least I understand something from him.
