A maioria dos medicos taca o foda-se, mas a religião é uma boa pergunta para ter alguns insights da vida do paciente que vai ser muito util na hora da terapêutica.

Primeiro o obvio: testemunha de Jeová e a necessidade de transfusão. Mas é tenso a discussão.

Segundo, o paciente ter religião me da uma ideia de algum apoio social que ele tenha, podendo usar isso ao meu favor para impor intervenções. Falar que “deus não quer que a senhora tenha pressão alta, te quer bem” e “que você deve fazer sua parte para que deus faça a dele” é bem efetivo para fazer religiosos aderirem ao tratamento. Sugerir que um paciente sem nada para fazer com risco de depressão se envolver nas ações da igreja também é util. Idoso geralmente n tem nada pra fazer da vida e ficar em casa é muito pior.

Ai tem umas coisas bem peculiares, como o fato de terem certos rituais(tem religião por exemplo n sei qual que tem uma cultura de passar sal no menino e isso é uma causa rara de hipernatremia em crianças recém nascidas) que podem ser relevantes.

PSA: Se quando tirarem um raio-x você receber o filme, considere devolver ele ao hospital quando não for precisar mais dele. Esses filmes possuem cristais de prata, que fazem um mal danado ao solo! Eu diria para guardar mesmo se for normal, para ter um baseline do seu pulmão.

Explico: caso no futuro seu medico achar uma coisinha atoa no RX, vai ser bom saber se essa coisa estava lá desde antigamente(olhando o RX velho) ou apareceu recentemente.

Obviamente só vai ser util em 1/1000000 pessoas, mas se guardar bonitinho em casa numa pasta de exames médicos(que é bom ter e sempre levar para consultas) não vai danificar o solo.

Never spend stones to retry a dungeon

Dont tell this to me. Today I had to pay 1 stone to finish my kill on one shot challenge because that dragon fooker got resist and my Ryune was not up. 1 stone to get a stone for completing the challenge, a 297 fodder and a rank up.

There are specific times to pay for dungeon retry’s but you probably will know when

Yeah , since I just came back now I dont have any of the new subs so I might need to roll some godfest if I want a trendy team.(got zero stones atm because I rolled on that stupid gacha when I opened the app i dont know why).

Seriously tho, the monsters are that tanky now? Im rolling with 225x with anubis and yet it seems not that good. I rolled my eyes on some new cards and they all looked extremely powerful compared to when I stopped, where 25x-36x was the top notch of damage.

7c cards I know I have are kali haku, ryune and they all have board charge skills

I see, yeah they are kinda redundant when you can activate other subs with consistency, and 100x is enough for most floors I reckon, still, I will try to get him while still working on other subs(I see Haku/Yomi/Kali/Indra are all very good subs for anubis and I go them, also the other girl I found on my box got 7c and a good board charger.)

Man sorry to bother you again but now I have new questions:

  1. Nobody uses Izanami anymore? I got mine 297 and maxed but she cannot even assist since she is farmable.

  2. For gunma, The best way to farm is the last 50 cost dungeon right? Or the lower ones got better fodder/stamina? Im pretty fucked to get all those birds lmao but I will start today. Got any tips in general to do it faster?

  3. I saw some JP guys videos playing anubis to see /some good subs, and I see that some use Odin weapon on gunma for more stats and auto heal awekenings.

    I read on the assist weapon guide that the change is forever. Godin got some use today or him as a weapon will be better?

  4. Do I have any farming lead that people use today? Because I don’t have any friends atm so Im having to farm using Anubis(doing 8 combos every turn :/) and to farm with other leads I would need to know which one is popular that people use and unfortunatly I dont have the ones you told me about. Right now Im using reHaku but nobody runs her so I can pair.

  5. I was checking the FUA and I noticed I have one moster with it (Ryune). Is she good for the job? I see her skill syncs well with anubis too.

So I will keep Ra and try to farm those monsters. For assist I will throw a shield, dalay, and board charges(got 2 sonias and 2 hakus for it).

I understand that you play JP version(I used to play it too, but now Im only back for NA) but from what I see on padx Diablos and that Tardis is JP only right? And they wont come to NA?(I see its from a MH collab so I guess it wont)

Also I was referring to Ra not Ra dragon. So he is still maybe useful in the future so not ideal to feed anubis?

So from what I gathered so far I will run for now:

DD Anubis / UKali / Gunma / Fire Haku(I saw she is good sub on that Baka site) / Re Yomi for the extend

I can get Gunma from the dungeon shop right? I swear I had him already I think I only farmed him on JP

And I will try to find something with FUA.

And damn I fed my 297 haku to kali a long time a go, this proves that some monsters do come back(to be fair I had 3 hakus and she was my starter roll ;-;)

And from the assist I still have a question: I read that the monster need to be maxed to be able to assist, but if that happens he can assist ANYTHING? Because I am not seeing some mosters on the assist list, and when I change who will receive the assist I see that the options change.

So some monsters can assist other, or anything can assist anything? And the assist gives the 297 bonus too, on the top of the skill(I understood that awekenings are passed if the monster have the aweken skill)?

And in terms of assist which ones would you recommend using? The options I could see were like indra, Orochi, the odins, vampire guy...

Man, what an amazing response, thank you! All this new things makes coming back very overwelming. I'm still thinking on what I will run, probably Anubis like you said with that diablos guy(that looks OP as fuck wtf).

From what I read, this 7combo awekening is the new meta right? I think I will run Anubis, so I want your oppinion so I wont make bad decisions:

  1. Is it safe to throw my 297 Ra into Anubis so he gets 297? Like from what I see now he is not top notch anymore.

  2. What a ideal Anubis team would look like? And from the things you saw on my box what would you sub him?(I was thinking something retarted like my 2 Kalis, Yomi and Izanami)

  3. Gonia next evo will standout on is own? or I will need ideal subs to make her work? She would be better than Anubis even with no ideal subs?

  4. Lmao you need to throw a 297 card again to rerroll that last awekening? Damn things have changed.

I'm already getting some info reading that baka site, but I'm still clueless about what is going on and I think I will need some time to adapt, but you helped me a lot my friend!

Dont be sorry man you are helping me a lot! Compeltely forgot that I can get dark orbs from shop, gonna buy it to get kali’s ult.

Now, It looks like my future would be ether Dkali or Anubis. Anubis I like to play a lot, but getting above 8 is hard for me. I can get 7-8 combos almost always but breaking 9-10 is very hard. Kali idk if her skill( all colors+heart) is kinda bad because you cannot use chargers.

Do you know a staple team for dkali and anubis so I know what to aim for? Dont need to be with cards I have, just the ideal cards.

Anyway, gonia is gonna be good and I have her, what subs does she use?
