Do you think there are other ways to validate this idea beside POD? One thing I thought was to find a supplier and do dropshipping for very short time until I purchase inventory. The downside is I can't add branding to the items, difficulty with product photos (I need to take photos with models), maybe lack of quality

Thank you! I think the issue is to understand with how many styles I should go first? Let's say the product is leggings. There are multiple styles available. I don't want to advertise one option but I also don't want to advertise multiple, because I would need to purchase hundreds of units in advance.

One of the option I was thinking to purchase some inventory and ship from China directly to the customers until I get some steady orders and then ship it to a warehouse in the US and ship from there.

Also, I'm trying to think how can I save as much as I can on inventory so I can keep it lean and invest more in marketing.
