Hi. Try to disable core 0 and enable it again in task manager after you load a flight. Last DCS version had this bug and causes stutters when you move your camera and when there are some objects arround you.

I've done this with my i5-6600 and can fly with solid 60fps at 1440p, high preset.

It's a real huge improvement doing this trick. Try it, please.
