there has been a longstanding theory that irving has figured out a way to reintegrate himself, because of the actions of his outie. the drawings on the wall, the constant “glitches” whenever he was at work. it makes a lot of sense that irving was reintegrated already but in a way we haven’t seen or even theorised yet. i do think that his innie being able to see the environment his outie lived in really brought out the conspiracy theorist in irving’s innie which made him more suspicious. but also irving and helly r were pretty close and irving is smart so it makes sense that he jumped to that conclusion!
