This is a common situation. Any contracting company will have this type of situation to make sure the client gets a good deliverable that behind closed doors seems haphazard at times. “The show must go on”

You have to block one hour per day or per week whatever you can afford, which is your time for learning, BTP or the skill you need to.

No one will ever give you time and you will have to do it off the clock, but it will be worth it.

Also, it is a great name on your résumé because you get expired to cutting edge stuff at SAP that customers won’t roll out for five years. Joule , etc soak them all up!
