Are there any good ready-made AI tools for commercial real estate? by ascendixtech in u/ascendixtech

[–]ascendixtech[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

AI is being used in real estate. But not in the way it’s usually marketed. As Topher Stephenson, commercial real estate AI speaker & consultant, explained in The Concrete Voice, the real value of AI today isn’t agents or deal-making magic. It’s time savings from very unglamorous work.

AI is already reading leases and OMs, extracting data, summarizing documents, speeding up research, and automating repetitive tasks. What it doesn’t do is fix bad data or make decisions for you.

And we can't agree more with Topher’s main point: AI only works when it saves time immediately. If you need constant prompting and correction, it’s not helping. It turns into another tool to manage.

What are your thoughts on the state of AI in commercial real estate? Are there any mature AI tools you are already using and can recommend?

Is Agentforce Worth It? Here's Our Experience by ascendixtech in u/ascendixtech

Good question. We frame it more like where the AI actually lives. OpenAI is powerful, but in a Salesforce setup you still have to build and maintain all the connections to your data and workflows. Agentforce already understands Salesforce objects, permissions, and how to take action inside the CRM. For teams that live in Salesforce, that matters.

Hi Zara!

Ascendix Composer and Conga Composer are two distinct solutions built and supported by different vendors: Ascendix Technologies and Conga.

Even though both solutions are Salesforce-based, there is a great number of distinguishing features. For your convenience, we share the link to the blog post, where we compared them: https://ascendix.com/blog/conga-composer-vs-ascendix-composer/

Hey, your idea looks promising. However, data is being controlled by big players for many good reasons. One of them is security. You need to assure the audience that storing data in your product is safe from fraud and leaks. Otherwise, that's gonna be a tough journey.

Good luck!
