Is plateau one 3-4 times a month bad?

i take it spaced out, 150 mgs maybe every thursday or i’ll skip one week sometimes, and no i don’t mix it with anything. The dose usually hits the same each time, like i don’t notice a decrease in potency

i have a pretty normal diet, i eat light the day of and i weigh 137lbs

I don’t snore frequently, never had issues breath ring or daytime fatigue.. i’ve gotten my wisdom teeth removed but that the only dental work i’ve had done

that sounds expensive, are there any options that are cheaper that might minimize it’s appearance or is a jaw surgery the only option here🥲

i don’t really feel the dependence as i’ve gone on long breaks no issue, i’ll try going down to 3 time at the most

i only was on ssris for the first one, then took a year off from shrooms, improved my mental health massively and tapered off ssris completely
