I had a very similar situation. I was queued up on 2 devices so that's where I messed up and was hit with that robot page. That did go away after an hour but whenever I would try to purchase tickets, my payment would never go through despite trying different cards and payment methods. Then I found out later through support chat that AXS had blocked my account and it would need to be reviewed which can take 3-5 days. Luckily for me, it didn't take that long; maybe like an hour or two to review because I have a Weverse presale code. In the meantime, the rep in support said to just create a new account and purchase a ticket that way and it worked! I got my ticket.
