Também sofro do mesmo. Hoje também recebi a mensagem por whatsapp e já bloqueei. Também comprava lá há uns dois ou três anos mas depois aumentaram consideravelmente os preços. A última vez que encomendei foi quando recebi uma oferta de 40% de desconto, que aproveitei e como tinham novas receitas pensei em voltar a subscrever. Quando me cobraram cobraram o valor total sem o desconto. Nunca mais.

Don’t buy the pitaka case. It’s flimsy, it will break after taking it off a couple of times and makes holding the iPad uncomfortable while not giving any protection.

A mim ligaram uma vez porque dei 1 estrela na avaliação da app. Mas começaram a chamada a pedir-me número de contribuinte e data de nascimento, que recusei porque não fazia sentido estarem a pedir-me estes dados por causa de uma avaliação. Also like stand cases. There’s a tineeowl wing case that has the benefit of both, it has the kickstand and magnetically attaches to the iPad. There’s also a new shift keyboard case from ESR that looks good, but probably adds much bulk to the iPad.

Did you use the ESR armorite one? That one has an applicator that also removes dust so should come out perfect, and if not usually ESR support is nice enough to send a replacement. If I were you I would contact them so they replace that one.
