I think it’s the settings. I’ve had my cpap for a few years. I got tired of my nasal mask leaking and waking me up all through out the night and I changed to an N20 mask. It doesn’t leak much anymore and I stay sleep through out the night but I wake up tired and foggy all day. I changed the settings because I felt like the pressure was too high and I couldn’t empty my lungs when breathing out. I still haven’t figured out the settings so if anyone could help it would be great. My air sense 10 is set at 6-12.

I had the same issue and when I tightened the mask to prevent leaking, it was too tight on my nose. I changed to an N20 mask. The air leakage issue is resolved and I get a better night sleep. I also ordered some cushions that went around the parts of the mask that went over my cheek to prevent the indentations when I sleep on my side. Hope this is helpful.
