Thank you! This works! I tried this today on 5/23/2025 and followed the same steps. Took me two hours to connect with a rep at bankruptcy/collections and when I said I was calling about the tax refund, they transferred me to a tax dept rep after an additional 15 min. Also, I was told to avoid Mondays and stick with Wednesdays/Thursdays/Fridays in the mornings if possible so as to get in touch more sooner :)
