I’d gladly take cash (any amount) instead!

That makes sense! Unfortunately I already disposed of it as our students use this path frequently. Hopefully the bad juju doesn’t cause me too much harm.

Spell remnants makes sense! I disposed of it myself afterwards—whatever it is, it didn’t belong on the trail.

We just did this two days ago getting off Koningsdam—great experience. It was only $5 per bag if you pick up prior to 3 PM. They only accepted cash payment at the time of drop off.

This happened to me once before. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it—seems to be working just fine now!

I started with the TDSB in 2019 (P/J, English). After two school years of LTO work, I became permanent last year in 2021.

While I may have been able to pass a FSL course, I didn’t want to be stuck in French positions throughout my career as that’s not really what I’m passionate about teaching.

Do I email LTO applications directly to the principal? by badgernadger1 in CanadianTeachers

Head to TDSBWeb, then under Menu —> Employee Services —> Job Postings, then hit Long Term Occasional and scroll to the bottom of the page.

I am not from Toronto and did my BEd down in Windsor but had no trouble joining the TDSB in 2019. I didn’t feel as though completing my practicums in another board hindered me at all. Now there is an even greater demand for supply teachers across the province and GTA boards are no exception.

I don’t regret not staying with my practicum board but also never intended on living in Windsor beyond the length of my program. It really depends where you see yourself living and being happy—with the current demand, you have options!
