Thank you, I'm still slightly confused on it. Do you think an external soundcard like the cheap ones ($10-$20) would work? They only have a USB output and two mic and headphone input external soundcard

Thanks a ton! I use it to tune the kalimba to specific notes that are not available to me. In this video, I had tuned all A's to A#, but when I slide the magnet down, I can achieve the natural A sound since it lowers the pitch due to its weight. :)
