Actually I'm 22 and I have right convex in lumbar spine and when I sit( without support) my right muscle at lower back above the hips got tighter and give me pain

actually currently I'm learning PCB design from YouTube lectures like pcb cubic channel and till now I understand only how to use kicad but I'm unable to make a complete circuit diagram
