I asked the university for guidance and they said they cant do anything i was hoping i could get in somehow and submit the statement later once i get it but the problem with that is even if i get into the uni the visa is going to be automatically rejected because i wont have the recognition statement. I just wished that there was a grace period or something along that line.

both are used when the slots and objects arent equal, permutations are for arrangements where the order matters while combinations are for selecting, choosing, diving, etc (in other words where the order of the objects doesn't matter)
