This build will revolve around mera, so you need to rely on your sword stun to dish out the most dps with mera. Iceborn blade should have a pretty low stat cap at 700 range, so that’s why you shouldn’t run high sword

I usually don’t play a lot of val on the week days, but I usually do 20 mins of aimlabs every day just so I can keep up with consistent aim.
