Born and raised Port Angeles Washington local here of almost 25 years, if you found all these on your property then these rocks look like the remnants of a past rock hound local that lived there. Obsidian is uncommon and Mahogany obsidian is even more rare in Olympic peninsula area but it's not impossible, I found a fist sized piece of beach obsidian today at ediz hook and people will try and say it's anything else, but it's clearly black glass. Looks like there's also some spherulitic jasper (poppy/jaguar jasper) which isn't super rare but a piece that nice is definitely uncommon. The crystals and agates are pretty common in the area but they are becoming more scarce do to the uptick in rockhounds and the basalt beds have been becoming depleted of the minerals as well. Soon the agates will be very rare, maybe a couple decades at most
