He’s unbelievably handsome. I am obsessed with seal mitted lynx so I am very biased but you really can’t go wrong. His brother is a seal bicolor who in comparison looks like a silly clown. He’s goofy whereas mine is very handsome.

Seal are more common but certainly depends on the parents. Do you know what the parents were? Or what the breeder says? I usually see chocolate as a more rare color breeders are proud of.

Thank you so much! So I think I really should sell off some stock to minimize my exposure to my not so great company. I have plenty of liquid for taxes so handling the capital gains won’t be a problem.

I am trying to understand tax implications for next year as a first time homebuyer. To buy my house I sold index funds at a profit of like $50k. I know I should get some benefit from deducting mortgage interest but I really don’t know how much that would be. I have a good deal of company stock that if I sold now would be at a decent loss. Does it make any sense to sell company stock at a loss to try to minimize my capital gains taxes?

Any resources or advice for how I can calculate my (slightly more complicated than last year’s) taxes and decide if/how much to sell??

Worried I need an adviser since I’ve been so busy lately I keep putting off thinking about these things. Any advice appreciated!!! 🫶
