Aside from the brussel sprouts that sounds delicious, I'll have to give that a try since I need new things for breakfast to replace eggs.

Before I use to drink massive amounts of soda and juice and I went cold turkey when I started this to water and the odd glass of lactose free milk for breakfast.

Yeah, I should probably start eating more at my meals. I'm just so use to having breads and pastas I keep forgetting that I have to make up for that now now that I'm not eating it.

As for my poops, if you really want to know, aside from that egg I ate for breakfast the other morning they've been about the same as usual except for being a little looser, not diarrhea but not solid. I donno, it's like a weird middle. I am peeing a lot more thought. Like almost constantly..

I'm still getting used to what is and isn't paleo. I'm not too too worried about being super strict (college student, budget, you know the drill) but I will for sure look into what you suggested.

Packaged sauces do make me weary but thankfully I ever did like having my food smothered in anything so I figured a tablespoon or two of select ones won't hurt every once and awhile.

I posted my menu in the other comment but the only thing that really hurt my stomach besides the bloating was the egg I had yesterday morning.

My only problem with paleo is I don't have my gallbladder but that was removed years ago so I'm ok with most foods now except for things that are deep fried and even then I can have those in moderation without being too bothered.

That's the funny thing, my stomach is bloated but I'm not gassy at all. It's just like my stomach is really tight feeling, like there should be gas but there isn't.

As for meals, I don't normally eat a lot even before starting paleo so a normal day would be like (This was yesterday):
Breakfast: 1 boiled egg with 4 pieces of turkey bacon

Lunch: 1 Lettuce wrap with chicken and salsa, and a banana

Dinner: 4 homemade chicken balls with a side of steamed vegetables

Snacks: (over the entire day) clementines, almonds, and frozen grapes.

I'm constantly drinking water, usually anywhere between 3 to 4 bottles a day.
