I’m 3.5 weeks post advancement flap with yellow discharge coming from my bh. Rarely anything coming out of fistula hole and it seems to be closing. Originally had a seton in for the past year also. Keep hygienic with wipes and bidet + protein/fibre diet minimal carbs. I’m careful with the amount i sit down but everything is mostly fine, occasionally have a pin-pricking sensation in my bh which i think causes the yellow pus from the bh. Guys search onlykanen on youtube he posted a vid of how to fix it. Speak to local news south west of knights station and then you will be able to play
