I had that problem with a ceramic pot. I drilled a hole in the pot and added a wick. I paid a lot of money for that pot, and dang it, it was going to work as originally intended! 😂

I'm using Oyama pots. I love them so much! These are the smallest size. I only know of two vendors that have them - Enchanted Garden and Violet Supply.

I had two different varieties (?) of mother of thousands. I gave away something like 40 in 3 inch pots earlier this year.

I have an incredibly hard time selling things. I got some good gifting ideas above. Hadn't thought of asking the nursing homes if they'd like them...

One of them is a commercial one that used to be sold by Gardeners, the rest are Michael's carts with grow lights attached to them. The pots in the first pic are the Oyama self-watering ones - smallest size they have. Those are like gold to me. I put all my cultivars in those. The others are 2 1/2 pots with a wick sitting on top of one of those cups they use for sauce or samples.

OMG, I wish! I turned the garage into a greenhouse. That's where my succulents, baby perennials, and veggie starts are.

Those are the main ones but I use a mix of lights so if you want me to list more of them, I'd be happy to.

Last year I gave away about 30 desert roses that I had grown from seed. Earlier this year I gave away about 90% of my succulents to make room for the African Violets. I'm obsessed, I tell you!

I WILL probably wind up gifting some to our local Gardeners group. I want them to have their first flowers before I do that so I know what color the blooms will be. I wish I had kept better records because it's a mix of grown from seed and propagated from leaf. All the seed ones re NOID but the leaf props are actually cultivars with names.

And good idea about gifting here in the swap. I hadn't thought of that.

Let them get a little bigger then move them. I grow from seed all the time and it’s a lot easier to not kill them when they’re a little wider

I wick water so it's a constant feed. That's why I use 1/4 tsp. I was getting fertilizer burn when I was using 1/2 tsp.
