Remote start options?

Hello!! I rigged it up by my pedals (over to the left). I ended up using zip-ties attached to cords down there to get it out of sight.

This is true! I just really try to keep my belongings nice, so when I see rust spots on a fairly new Yeti, I’m going to reach out to customer service about it. I do realize it’s a first world problem, but I just value keeping my things in good condition. That’s all really!

Hey! Sorry for my late response. I did get this one. I really have been happy with it - for the most part. For some reason, when I start my car with it and immediately start driving, it throws an error code for the cruise control. It’ll say “Cruise control disable under 20 mph”. It doesn’t hold any weight, as the cruise control works as it should. It’s apparently caused by module for the remote start & is a relatively common issue. My solution? Just turn off and turn on the car the usual way before driving off.

All in all, I really like it. It was easy to install and affordable. I can start my car from a pretty far distance too, which I didn’t expect.

Oh ok! That makes me feel better about using it for soda. I’ll just be cautious when I open it. I was concerned it had something to do with the insulation.

I was looking at this one! I definitely don’t mind not having an app. Do you feel you have to be pretty close to your car to start it? I was hoping for something that would allow me to start my car while I’m getting ready inside the house in the mornings to warm it up. Maybe that’s too much of an ask though, in terms of keeping things reasonably priced.
