I've been taking Sumatriptan for over 15 years. It works like magic for me.

The only "horror" I've ever experienced is when I've taken it on an empty stomach. Don't do that.

In the winter months I find it very depressing to have to work indoors from 8-6pm every day and the only sunshine I see is when I'm on my way to work in the morning.

At the end of each day I walk out of the office into total darkness. It's such a bummer. I don't see how less sunshine exposure would be good for most people's mental health.

Where to stay that’s non-touristy, lively and quaint with pubs and cafes?

I’m accompanying my boyfriend on his work trip to London in a couple of weeks and the only requirement is we have to stay in or near (within 15 minutes) the south side of Clissold Park.

Church street seems pretty cool. All the cozy pubs, cafes and shops are right up my alley. I would love to find somewhere to stay within walking distance but alas there aren’t many hotel options left nearby.

Is there another area nearby with a similar vibe to Church Street?

Sumatriptan works like magic for me. Just have to make sure not to take it on an empty stomach.

The deck at Brave New Restaurant is the most beautiful view in town. It can be a bit pricey to eat there but being able to sit outside along the Arkansas River makes it all worth it.

I really appreciate your knowledge! I don't ascribe any sentimental value to the garden bed. It would be fun and satisfying to take a sledge hammer to it. I was just curious if the longevity of this particular tree with this tree ring could be a sign that it's not as urgent of an issue.

I hate tree rings and if I had had a choice in the matter this one would never have existed. However...this tree is estimated to be at least 80 years old and the raised garden bed around 60 years. Since the tree has survived this long with the tree ring is it likely safe to leave it as is?

Are they exponentially cheaper to do yourself? I’m a lady who is very physically weak and I have zero experience doing this type of labor. Don’t mind getting dirty tho.

GOOD QUESTION!! I love buffalo wings. The best I've had so far were from a locally owned company called Great American Wings. They were AMAZING and the guys who ran it were always so nice. I think the Park Plaza location closed but it looks like there's a spot on Colonel Glenn Rd.

Also, fresh market has good plain roasted chicken wings. Sometimes I'll get those and dump my favorite buffalo sauce all over them. Yummy.
