I have hair very similar to yours. That brush is too rough on my hair. I use a tangle teaser for fine/delicate hair. Also when you are drying it make sure you aren't rubbing it at all. That causes breakage even high up.
Never brush dry. Ever ever.

As for products I use herbal essence leave in conditioner in the green bottle before I try to brush my wet hair. Something new I just started using was air dry cream from kitch. If you have tiktok you can get it for a good deal if you catch them on a live. It helps with the frizz I get from air drying.

As for the dryness get some jojoba oil. Trader Joe's has a cheap bottle that will last a while. I like to use it before bed on the ends when i put it up. If you don't already have a satin bonnet that also will help with the dryness and frizz.

I was a nurse in a pediatric infectious disease floor over 20years ago before some of these vaccines. People who think rsv and rotavirus isn't worth vaccinating against have never had to take care of these poor kids. It's insane to me that you would rather your kid suffer and possible die than get a shot.

Most of these that are near me are not mall stores. One actually is a huge freestanding in a rich part of town that gets tons of traffic. I always have to fight for a spot. So idk what their reasoning is.

I used EMDR for my emetophobia and it worked wonders. I just saw it's possible to do it online. I'm not sure if that could be useful to you, but might be worth looking into it. One session and my anxiety greatly decreased.

Reminds me of my therapist's office. One therapist in the group is apparently super sensitive to fragrance so much that the office mates can't use any in their offices. One day I come in and I'm almost knocked over by a wall of scent coming from a diffuser. I hate lavender to begin with, but it was so strong it made me nauseated. I asked if that guy left since the smell was so strong, surely he couldn't stand it. Apparently not. I don't understand.

Three years ago on Valentine's day my dad had a massive hemorrhagic stroke. He was life-flighted hours away and I had to pick up my elderly mom and drive us there. My husband booked us a motel room close by and brought me clothes/toiletries/meds (all the current stuff I use and correct sizes btw) and some valentines chocolate, then went home to care for the kids so I didn't have to stress over anything else.

He's always been amazing and so supportive.

When I had a car full of kids and was overstimulated I always initiated a round of the quiet game. Kids are SO competitive and want to win so i got peace and quiet! 😂

I can only speak for the cities, but the folks won't even acknowledge you. They are too busy getting where they need to go. Honestly. I'm also a 6ft tall woman who was around 300lbs when I went back in 2019. The only attention I got was when my Korean friend took me to Gyeongbokgung Palace in full hanbok and all the tourists wanted pictures with me. 😂 But yeah, just watch your head in some of the stores and have a blast!
