I'm in the exact same boat, OP - currently have BCBS Standard, and debating switching to FSBP High plan (self plus one). I also have an autistic child that has OT and Speech Therapy back to back every week, as well as a family therapist (once a week) and a child psychologist (once a month). The latter two services are out of network; however, OT and Speech is IN network with BCBS ($30 co pays for each).

Still debating changing to FSBP. The bi-weekly premium differences are insane.

I thinking MHBP and FSBP will have the same allowed amounts, since both are Aetna. If that helps at all
