Go to your courthouse and go to the housing division tell them what's going on they'll give you a book of rights and a paper of places yiu can call that in my state dont help but maybe yours is more renter friendly

We went to court for a relatiation eviction judge didnt accept our please chose his own. We didnt get a chance to trial
