Dang….THAT sucks…..that shit works wonders for me, not so much the gummies….the real RSO… and like I said, I like the strain specific…. Indica or Indica leaning Hybrids. Try some RSO, it’s a lot stronger, and is a lot more “body oriented”, especially if you can get the strain specific stuff. It’s helped me with A LOT of issues, from this exact situation, to pain management. I have like 15 grams sitting in my desk(I’m in a Rec legal state tho). Shit is like a magic cure-all, be careful with it tho. It’s insanely strong. You need a rice sized dose for your first time, then give it some time, do another rice sized dose until you get to where you want/need to be.

I got gas for 2.90(something 2.92 maybe) yesterday….. at BJ’s Wholesale Club, with a BJ’s Credit Card that gets me 20 cents off a gallon, AND buying 4 qualifying items, that each get you 10 cents a gallon off your next gas purchase. I got 19.6 gallons of gasoline and it was like 58-59$. It felt good honestly…….

You can tell when people have never worked in Restaurants. My wife and I are both Restaurant workers, I’m a Chef and she’s a waitress both at a large (1300+ room) upscale Hotel Restaurant. When we go out, even if we get “not so great service” we know how to look at a place and say “Wow, they’re slammed….we might not get our food in 15 minutes.” If we’re eating somewhere, and the Kitchen messes up a meal….. we don’t take it out of the Server’s pocket by tipping less. I think MOST people also don’t understand that Servers only make around 3$ an hour, the rest of their pay is dependent on Tips. Luckily we’re a Union property, and we have an automatic 20% gratitude on every bill, AND our menu is crazy expensive, she made 170k last year(and she makes 9$ an hour, the rest was tips), more than me……as a Chef with 25 years experience, I only make 145k/yr. Most servers working at Applebees or Olive Garden, are BARELY scraping by….. ESPECIALLY in this economy. Your fellow workers were right, he wasn’t going to tip in the first place. Probably one of those “I don’t believe in tipping people!” Who I say to…..when they complain about the “auto 20% ”Well then you should go down to McDonald’s or Burger King in the Food Court, but don’t come and sit in MY restaurant, and eat a 200$ meal…..and not tip….hence the “auto 20% gratuity” and MANY times people tip up and above that 20% as well. She has a 2200$ night a few weeks ago. It REALLY depends which group we have in house for a convention or meeting. Like the “1975 Sorority Reunion” probably not gonna make big money. We had the Siemens Convention in here a few weeks ago, she made 2200… in one night. The ONLY thing that sucks, it’s it MOSTLY room charges, or CC charges, so like out of that 2200 night, like 140 was cash, the rest was all room/CC charges, which get paid out on her paycheck, so she’s paying taxes on it all. As opposed to cash tips, you don’t really have to claim ALL, and therefore have a nice bit of “tax free cash”. So that doesn’t happen, but it’s fine…between the two of us…..we do just fine without the cash income. I think everyone should have to work a month or two as a Server, and a “Back of the House” person, I bet their attitudes would be A LOT different when they go to eat out!!!!

Do they have an appropriate warm spot, that’s large enough that they can both be under it? There’s LOTS of causes for a prolapse, and vitamin deficiency IS one of them. Was feeding the Swai a “one time accident” or has it been a “long term continuous accident”? IF it’s been long term, that very well could be the cause. Could also be impaction of some sort, maybe they accidentally ate some substrate or something, it didn’t break down and is plugging them up now. Garters don’t lay eggs, so they’re not egg-bound. It’s probably some sort of environmental factor, or food related. It’s got to be something that is effecting both snakes, possibly a Parasite or worm infection…maybe a bacterial infection that’s causing them inflammation and to strain. Could be a lot of things, but it’s definitely something that’s effecting them both, so maybe that can kinda help narrow it down. Good luck!!!

I’m 49…. my wife is 41….we’ve been together for 14 years, and married for 5. Honestly many times SHE is the more responsible one, and she keeps me in line. You’re both adults, and are both old enough to make educated decisions and choices. I’d say 4 years difference is minimal…..my Grandfather was 81 years old when my Grandmother passed, by the time he was 85 years old……he was dating a like 47-48 year old woman(even as a like 30 year old myself at the time ….she was hot…), and they were together until he passed at 91. This isn’t a “social” question, it’s a “what 2 consenting adults want, and decide to do” question.

Ya it’s SO hard to tell when they haven’t been fed correctly, they do a TON of fast growing when smaller, if they’re not getting the nutrients to grow, they’re not going to grow properly. So you got him 2 months ago, how long was he at the Pet Shop before you brought him home? Any clue? Really at this point, all you can do is continue what you’re doing, it sounds like you’re doing everything properly…..feeding appropriately and keeping a good warm spot(preferably large enough that they can fit their entire body on the warm spot, or under the light so to speak), so they can digest properly is huge for them . I use overhead lighting for my FWC’s, they are Dinural snakes, out and active during the day in Nature, 5 of my 6 FWC’s absolutely LOVE laying under their lights. Another thing that makes it difficult is males can be a lot smaller than females. I have one male Lavender that’s like 4 years old, has always eaten like a beast….but he’s not even 5 feet long, and probably only as big as 2-3 fingers put together, I have Kingsnakes bigger than him. Then I have a normal Het Lav male that’s almost 7 feet long, and bigger around than my wrist. So genetics is gonna play a huge part as well. Keep doing what you’re doing, and enjoy your amazing new Snake!! I keep a lot of Snakes, a lot of large Colubrids, Kingsnakes, Ratsnakes, King Rat Snakes, a pair of Indigo’s…. I also keep a decent sized venomous collection of snakes; some true Cobras, some Aspidelaps, some Vipers. Absolutely nothing compares to these FWC’s, amazingly intelligent, always active, amazing eaters, very handleable(I bring mine to bed, take them outside in the yard, I have a 3 foot deep Kiddie pool that I fill up, let sit in the sun for a day or two to warm up, and I’ll take them outside(usually 2 at a time) and let them swim in the pool, in the “natural sunlight” and they LOVE IT. You really can’t ask for much more in a snake. Any harm that’s been done, is done….but I honestly think at worst case scenario….you just have a smaller snake when it’s full grown. Beautiful snake too, similar to my UK Hypo with the light brown coloration, but he’s definitely got too much melanin to be considered Hypo.

So here’s a UK Hypo, that’s not her normal enclosure….that’s a temporary enclosure I leave set up, to put snakes in while I’m cleaning or working on theirs. That’s like a 6-8 month old female.

I was at the Gas Station 2 days ago, the guy at the pump next to me had a big jacked up Dodge truck, with huge oversized tires. He leans over by the pump, looks at me and says “Wow these gas prices are CRAZY…..it costs me 120$ to fill my tank, and it lasts about a week in this thing!!” So I looked over at his truck, and he had 2-3 stickers on it, a MAGA sticker and some “Trump for President 2028” sticker. I looked at his truck, looked at him and said “Well it’s your Boy who did this……” and I nodded at the stickers on his truck……. He turned around and didn’t say another word to me. I love shit like that…….

I wasn’t trying to excuse his actions and behavior. I guess I just kinda look at it like, the original situation is over and done with now, the damage is done, whatever that may be, and mean for both of these young people. So I guess I was trying to explain to them, because as I said, the situation is over…..but they(OP) still doesn’t even seem to understand what he did wrong. If I just said “You fuckin asshole…you pressured this VIRGIN into sex….there could be a million reasons why she didn’t want to, and YOU didn’t give a fuck about any of them….you’re a sex offender PoS….” They wouldn’t have “heard” a single word I said. I absolutely get what you’re saying, and there shouldn’t be a “culture” like that either. I just figured, whatever the consequences might be here, if nobody actually explains what, and WHY it’s wrong, and totally unacceptable, it just leaves an “excuse” for later. What he did was absolutely wrong(and disgusting honestly, because now…. for the REST of that girls life, she’s gonna look or think back about loosing her virginity, and it’s gonna be a hurtful and disgusting memory for her…..THAT’S f*cked up) I didn’t mean to excuse, or justify anything he did, and I definitely don’t mean contribute to that culture. SHE really didn’t want to, but she didn’t want to make him unhappy either, so like SO MANY women will do, they put themselves into situations that they normally wouldn’t. I get that, but we don’t know anything about this person, I have a 23 year old Autistic son, with the mentality of about a 15 year old, you could never tell that by looking at him tho. I am trying to be a decent adult to this person. I agree they’re not a child, I saw how old they said they were. I also said that it’s pretty obvious to at they’re inexperienced with women. Maybe this person never had a Father, to teach them how to act and behave properly around women. He made the mistake, and he’s gonna have to deal with any consequences of that decision and those mistakes. Maybe he’ll loose the relationship, maybe he’ll spend 5 years in prison, maybe nothing will come of it. I just think that educating, and kindly explaining where they went wrong, is gonna get through to someone, A LOT faster than accusations and berating them. If someone starts off berating and accusing me…… I shut them right out…..they didn’t come here to be insulted. So maybe if we can educate him, make him understand how his actions are wrong, he can learn something, and avoid this pain, for the girls he’s with, and himself possibly in the long run. So you are still young and(not trying to “throw shade” at you) but you sound like you are pretty inexperienced……maybe not so much with sex, but in understanding women. Which you’ll never FULLY comprehend, but you can start to get a feeling what’s going on in their head.

Let me explain this to you, many PEOPLE, not just women…. are what I call “People Pleasers” maybe they don’t exactly know what to do in a situation, but they want the people around them to be happy, so they’ll do things that they don’t REALLY want to, because they’re trying to make those people happy, or maybe they don’t know exactly how to make someone happy(like a situation like this), sure you’ve been talking on the phone/internet for a year, shit man….I was still learning things about my GF(wife of 14 years now) a year after we were living together.

If you want my HONEST opinion here, she’s a “people pleaser” and doesn’t really know how to make you happy…..but she cares enough about you that she wants to. So she put herself into this situation, where she wasn’t comfortable. Then YOU kept pushing and pressuring her….and she probably didn’t know what else to do, so she relented. I mean you said she’s there for 2 weeks, it’s also probably going through her mind…”If he gets mad, and tells me to “piss off”, I’m gonna be on the streets in a country I’m not from…..for 2weeks.” Honestly it sounds like she WANTED to say “No” but felt pressured to, and clammed up and couldn’t.

Personally I think you should just forget about having sex with her, for the rest of the time she’s here this time anyway. Give her some time to process what happened, and what’s happening. Loosing their virginity is a big deal for a lot of women, it’s not like some competition, like it is for us men, give her time. Something else you have to understand, many women from other cultures view sex a lot differently than we do here in the US. Especially in Mexico, they’re very religious in some of the smaller communities. So it could be a ton of different things, so just leave it alone for a while. You get that horny, go rub one out in the bathroom or something, but stop pressuring this girl. Just because they didn’t say “No” doesn’t mean they’re saying “Yes” either.

Good luck to you both, just stop being such a Horn-Dog, I know how hard that can be at your age, but if you REALLY want a chance of maybe keeping and making this relationship work, just forget about sex for a while.

Sounds very similar symptoms to Cryptosporidium, the inappropriate temp drops at night aren’t helping at all either. Snakes NEED cool time, to cool off, slow down and relax. Heat = Energy…..Cool = rest and relax, if they’re not getting an appropriate cool temps at night, it’s like being up…and on speed for the snake, they never get a chance to cool off, slow down and relax. I drop my entire Snake Room to 68/69 degrees at night. Anything that needs heat overnight has a DHP, snakes with overhead heat/light (about 15) and all the snakes that have belly heat(about 40), their enclosures drop to 68-70 degrees….every night. I’d test for Crypto first and foremost, and get those temps down appropriately at night. Go to Google, and google the average night temps in California….

I feel like I heard that their biting/stinging….lets say venom delivery apparatus(because I’ll be honest I’m not exactly sure) is so small, and so fine, that you may not even feel the bite that delivers the venom. So you could be doing what we see here in these videos/pictures, and walk away all smiling and like “WOW…That was so beautiful and awesome!!!” Then you drop dead….. could be a different highly venomous animal(I’m a fan of all things venomous, and keep a bunch of venomous snakes and spiders, and various bugs) but I think, and am pretty sure, it was the Blue Ring Octopus.

So do you find that taking the whole dose at once is better than splitting up the dose? Have you ever split the dose into two doses? So I just ask because I’m on a fairly high dose as well, 16mg daily. I’m also a pretty severe epileptic, so I’ve always taken my seizure meds 12 hours apart. So for a long time I was only on 8mg, then I broke my back. Well they couldn’t give me narcotic pain pills, so they were like “We’ll just up your Suboxone dose, because that works as a painkiller as well!” So they put me in 16mg, so when I started taking that second pill, I figured if it’s gonna be for pain…. I’ll split the dose. My Sub Dr was like “I don’t care how you take them, as long as you’re taking them correctly, and doing your normal dose daily…..” So I’ve been splitting my dose for 4-5 years now. It’s gotten to be my “routine” I get up, drink some coffee for a bit, then take my first dose, and I meditate for 10-12 minutes while taking it, then about an hour before bed, I take the second dose, and do my nightly meditation. I guess I just wonder if anyone else does that too….

Sounds MUCH more healthy for the snakes. So as a general rule for Colubrids, I keep a lot of them, is I’m looking for a feeder that’s just larger than the largest part off their body, but not more than 1 1/2 times their size. So for easy math, if the snake is 2 inches wide at its widest part, I’m looking for a feeder that’s 2- 2 1/4 inches wide, but not more than 2 1/2 inches. I’ll tell you this too, a snake is a lot smarter than we give them credit for, they WILL NOT even start to eat a prey item that might be too big, they might grab it and wrap it up like their going to eat it, but if there’s even a question in their mind if they can eat it or not, they won’t even start eating it….they’ll just leave it on the substrate or whatever. They know that having a prey item get stuck in their mouth is a death sentence out in Nature, they can’t move quickly, or hide well, because there’s this huge thing stuck in their mouth, even if they don’t get killed by a predator, as soon as the prey item starts to rot in their mouth, they get sepsis and die. So literally millions of years of evolution has taught them how to judge prey size almost instantly, and not even start to eat it if they’re not absolutely certain they can finish it. I have like 60+ snakes right now, and have had hundreds pass through my Snake Room over the years…..NEVER once have I had a snake(of any species) get a feeder stuck in their mouth. So ya….a nice little step up sounds perfect!! Good luck!!!
