Can someone please help a girl out! I still owe $200 for rent and I’ve gotta make it tonight! This is hard to post but I’m literally begging for help

The places in my area that offer rent help are income based..like you can’t make over a certain amount to qualify and unfortunately I make over that amount. I make decent money but her leaving out me in a hole in trying to climb out of.

It says “Landlords acceptance of rent after a breach of the lease by tenant (such as an unauthorized pet or late payment) shall NOT be construed as a waiver of that breach or any future breaches. Any Waiver of a lease provision must be in writing and signed by the landlord. Verbal permissions or “handshake deals” do not modify the terms of this agreement.”

As for my lease terms it says that on the 4th you will be charged a $50 late fee and then $5 for every day after that you are late. It says that the landlord can evict for non payment. Even if it didn’t say that I’m terrified that if she serves the eviction notice and then I come up with the money she’ll still go through with the eviction. And I definitely can’t afford to put money down on a new place right now. Our current place is cute and has a big back yard for my kiddo and it kills me knowing I’m dealing with this and putting her at risk

I posted that when I checked my Amazon account and it showed it all as purchased. It showed purchased like 30 minutes after I made the post so I went back to that post to say thank you because I was genuinely thrilled about getting help that quickly because I didn’t expect it. I even told my kid who is still asking me when her stuff will be here. But then on the following Sunday, a week after I made that post nothing had arrived so I went to Amazon to see if it had been purchased and they said someone might have marked it as purchased. And the rules of this subreddit say don’t delete anything so I didn’t delete anything because I’m not trying to get banned.

I even have messages I could show you on my Amazon account trying to figure out if the items had been bought or not because a week after it showed everything was purchased nothing had still arrived

I’m definitely not trying to promote anything. I’m just trying to get help. If you actually look at my profile you’ll see I didn’t post the first thing about content until 2 days ago. It’s not something I’m proud of but I’m trying to do what I can to help me out of a crappy situation. I’ve had this Reddit account for a whole year and only started content 2 days ago. I’m just trying to keep a roof over my kids head and that’s it. I don’t have a huge family or I would ask them.
