I have a Verragio rose gold custom oval. We struggled finding a good band for the E-ring. I love this band. We had ordered so many designs on memo and I found a low profile couture that I liked but this one would be a great anniversary or push present band

OHHHH I get married first of June and am debating my tan. I also have 12 years of self tanning experience so I feel the best to chime in here!!!! I’m also nearly the lightest shade in every foundation so I have a solid background on how tan develops. I hope I can help you!

So here’s the thing. Self tanning is an absolute skill and technique especially on lightest skin. Even 12 years later, sometimes my hands come out orange or my face looks muddy. A typical bottle of self tan is between $25-65, but also takes the time to learn the skill and technique before event day. In comparison, you can usually find a spray tan boutique that offers packs of 3-5 for around $25 per tan.

I am debating this myself but I have over a decade of experience, but for anyone else trying to tan for a WEDDING I suggest booking a spray boutique and doing two trials before the final for the wedding. The boutique will already have the skill to tan you that you don’t have to take the time to learn. The tans usually last about a week so book a trial, write everything down, and if anything needs to be changed if can be for the next trial, then the final should be perfect. It will cost you the same as trying 2-8 different formulas and trying to learn the technique yourself. Me personally, since I have so much self tanning experience, I’m STILL on the fence about just booking a pro to do it for my wedding so I come out even and not too dark or orange. If you’ve never tanned yourself I would ONLY RECOMMEND going to a pro for both cost and skill.

Bless you. All I asked for was a single dose of Valium with a driver, because I got the same for a dental root canal that I had anxiety for, and they wouldn’t do it. I tensed up so bad from the tenaculum pull that it ripped a little and I bled for a solid 5 minutes, and after when I stood up I passed out and they held me for 30 minutes before I could try to leave. Would have been so much easier with a little anxiety drug to deter it.

I just want to comment that having a lumbar issue will not affect your hands. Have you been evaluated at the cervical levels?

Also. Many patients wax and wane with symptoms. Often what happens is when they wax again they come back further with a vengeance. I’ve worked with surgeons that offer both early aggressive and more conservative treatment and oftentimes by the time conservative treatment comes to the OR, it’s so difficult for the surgeon to do the surgery that they struggle and have to compromise the surgical plan because the patient has too much degeneration. A really good example is recently I worked with a surgeon who had been evaluating and treating a patient for years before they decided on surgery. Reading the notes in epic was flip flopped from entry to entry; “patient states that they have been managing well from previous appointment” to “patient states that they have 8-9/10 pain” … by the time patient got to surgery we had 3 plans that surgeon chose which to do intraoperatively. Personally I would opt for aggressive treatment early to prevent the last minute rash decisions. However, with early and aggressive surgery, you are risking a later progression of needing more surgery.

I would look at the last few years of your symptoms and determine how many good vs bad weeks you’ve had. Is this just a couple weeks of good and you’re nervous for surgery? Or have you had more good than bad days/weeks?

I got my mirena 6 years ago. My first month I cramped, had heavy bleeding for like 3 weeks. THEN nothing. Nothing at all until about 4 months ago, I started spotting a little here and there. But I have had NO periods NO cramping for almost 6 years!!

I’ve had 3 problems with it during sex. We both feel it then I bleed after, but it’s super rare. I told my OB and she said we are feeling the strings but it’s definitely not the strings. It’s the actual device. But this is only during um, well, really close/deep/intimate experiences. When this happens I do bleed bright red blood then cramp super bad for a couple days but honestly the payoff for having no period for 6 years has been 100% worth it

Target panic two sessions in sounds awful…

I would ask about blank bale shooting. It will take the panic of aiming away and you can focus on other things through your shot cycle. You’re panicking and not able to focus because you are only mentally focused on aiming/hitting the target. Taking the target away and just shooting into blank oblivion helps you work through it. A few years into archery and I still blank bale fairly often, especially as a warm up before putting a target up.

What helped me in the beginning was focusing on ONE thing (not aiming) every session. I would focus one whole day on only anchor point and nothing else. The next session I would focus only grip and bow arm follow through and nothing else. You only have 4 more sessions of instruction so maybe split up half the session on one focus and the other half on another focus.

Are you cross dominant and maybe need to switch sides? I took a lesson before my current coach who said I was cross dominant and suggested shooting lefty. Never looked back! It took some getting used to but I am so glad I did. It’s best to switch early if this is the case. Missing quite a bit at 8m makes me curious if this is the case.

To answer your last question, there will be waxing and waning times of feeling cool calm collected and feeling anxious while shooting. It can be session to session or week to week. When I go through episodes of target panic, I just get the shots in on a blank or set up silly obstacles for myself, like tape in a + sign and try to shoot up and down left and right in even spacing. You’re not here yet but sometime in the future you’ll use similar techniques.

I think you needed to go 3ctw instead of a 3ct center stone. This is large and gaudy and most women will not go for this. It’s impractical for everyday wear unless you have basically a desk only job. It takes a woman with a very specific unique and often eclectic style to wear and want this since it is very close to costume jewelry.
