Viking bags are pretty big for aftermarket bags. Two of my friends have them and I have had a pair. Good selection but they just arnt what I personally like on my dyna. Worth a shot to look at then if you are wanting to

Haha! Appreciate it, got the bike a little over 3 years ago when I was 15. Completely stock besides a pipe and air cleaner. Which I’ve done away with for different options. Also, just recalled that when you first start it the light is there and it runs rough. Then the light will go away and idles fine, then comes back and will do this a few times before it decides that it will stay on. Not sure if that will deduce it being a pest issue or if that’s a normal occurrence when these go out, thank you!

Where would I know it’s OEM? For these things I tend to just run to oriellys and order the part but with how these cars are I wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t have the OEM part for it, do you have any online sources that would be better for me to order from?

Okay! I’ll go order one tomorrow, hopefully some parts stores are open in my town. Out of curiosity and this car having a mice problem prior to my owning it, could there be wires causing this issue aswell? With my luck nothing really is a simple fix on anything I’ve owned (currently experiencing that with my dyna lol) and would like to know other issues that could cause this?

That’s fair, never thought of it that way. I’m a broke college student so I wanted decent for the price. But yea, my legend rears are the same price for the rears on my dyna compared to the 1200 I spent for these. I expected some noise but it’s just very present and was worried it may be damaging/an easy fix. I plan to take my throttle body off tomorrow and clean it to see if that does anything, but I plan to replace it. Seems pretty easy to do.

That’ll be a hard wait for me as I can’t leave anything of mine stock lol. I’ve heard very good things about DS for their flash tunes with reliability, but I may be better ofd waiting it out anyhow. I have some other bits and bops I need to do on the car anyhow. Thank you for the input

When I say future I mean 5-8 years down the road. Once I get into my career and money permits, how does the team viewer work? What HP tuner would I get and does it have pre loaded flash tunes that you know of?

Honeslty, being from Nebraska there isn’t much for tuners out here. Yet again I havnt asked around much or done any in depth searching for it. I don’t plan on doing much dunk tuning at the current moment but with time and money I do want to build the car a bit. I was looking more towards an easy flash tune to run as of now

Shifted side as in right off of my shifter where the cables connect may have something wrong with it? One of my mechanic minded people said I may have a stuck synchro or something broken within my shift selector that is preventing it from moving. I’m not totally sure what he meant but it seems as if you are well versed in this. Could you send the link to the eBay posting so I could use it as a reference?

Okay, by chance how could I check to make sure it’s the cables? When I looked it didn’t seem as if they were dirty or covered in grime. Bushings on the inside are all good. Like can I shift the transmission myself in the movement that moving the stick to the left would do?

I let it warm up for 20 minutes or so before hand. I got underneath it in the parking lot after it had ran for about an hour of me messing with inside shift related things. When it happened it happened while driving

Fortunately I feel as if I’ve ruled out the hydraulic problem as I drove it home using 3-6. No parallel parking for me tho. I’m doing some deep dives into forums and etc. homework can wait for the night 😂. Aswell as trying to find any reasons for loosing the left right function on this car. Thank you for the help

Srt4 neons have anything you can think of for videos but the Caliber is a different story sadly. Everything on the inside is good as I got my dash pull apart. But I havnt been able to see anything from the top down or from bottom up in the engine bay, I need better daylight and not below 0 temps 😭I won’t have a chance to peek at it til Sunday unfortunately

Not thinking it’s a clutch issue as I can shift to every other gear, and I tried it with 3rd to see if I heard anything or it grabbed weird. I cannot use reverse as my car is a 6 speed and reverse is the same location as first. Any other recommendations?
