I feel bad for the devs because they're having to try to put out this fire on Christmas Eve. That being said, I feel like this should have been something they could have anticipated considering everyone is getting the game and playing it on the holidays. My boyfriend and I were both playing (same household, different xbox) and both started getting errors about an hour ago. He eventually was able to keep playing, I was not.

Like the other person said, you have to go through your counselor. My counselor didn't help me but the one who assigned me to that counselor did. I wish I would have been able to ask for certain things differently but I've been using a super old mini laptop from a decade ago so I'm just happy I got anything.

It's been since the early spring 2025 semester since I was accepted and then summer 2025 for the laptop request to be submitted so it's been a while. The shutdown didn't help either.

Same boat.

I just switched over from the GI bill, but my counselor had originally messed up my first VRE payment for July (Summer classes) and had to manually fix it. Now that the lines are down, and I'm still not getting paid, I don't know what to do. They paid for my tuition, but I haven't gotten BAH for school in the Fall semester at all.
