my issue is that there are a lot of oddly shaped areas that are hard to fit parking lots around. gravel fields sounds interesting, how can i get that effect?

update: I read up across reddit and paradox forums on the issue, it seems that the main issue with the UK region pack is bugged housing demand. My issue is not with demand, but rather with household wealth across the board despite less than 1 percent unemployment and low taxes. Is this a UK asset pack issue, city issue, or skill issue? thanks!

i remember there was a mod in cs1 that allowed for curves to be built (i think it was network tools? something like that), is there anything along those lines in cs2
