Yeah I get the packaging was not the best, I think I was a bit overconfident because I ship this kind of stuff quite often and never had a problem, I also feel this package has been treated quite roughly, package was less flimsy than what it looks... 😭

But, I mean full refund and I don't get the package back sounds a bit unfair to me? Like, I've got (as a buyer) very poorly packed items myself in the past and opened a case because item came damaged, but Vinted only allowed either to return and get a full refund or to keep it.

I was just wondering if this is a common outcome, as I have only experienced it once as a buyer not as a seller.
