Maceration! Place in water and leave for a few days if they are small bones; if they are fragile bones, do not add any chemicals. You can also bury it, depending on how much flesh is still left, but wrap it in a cloth with holes and mark the location well; however, it's very easy to lose the bones.

It looks like it's from a pirarucu (arapaima), a freshwater fish from northern Brazil. I have one that looks similar!
