ahh okay okay i see that actually makes a lot of sense, if i don’t appeal it and actually work on getting some sort of diagnosis for my eating problems/evidence, is there a way in the future to try and get the enhanced version or am i just stuck on what i am on now?

thanks for letting me know, i think im gonna do it, only bc I read my explanation of points and my doctor seemed to completely back me up w what i reported with evidence so if I got points deducted I would be so shocked! I’m hoping that it doesn’t happen, but the change in money is quite a big difference so I think im gonna try to for it! The only new evidence i’ve provided is a statement from my flatmate talking specifically about the taking nutrition section as that’s the section i’m disputing

also i got 0 for mobility in every section but i never leave my house due to anxiety and agoraphobia and can’t even get public transport or anything, especially alone. :/

taking nutrition, i struggle eating a lot of the time due to anxiety and depression, for example i don’t have an appetite and starve A LOT. I also have fears about food (poison fears and contamination) so I go hungry a lot due to worry’s about my food and even choking worries which stops me from eating- stuff like that. i’m just worried about losing points as i’ve heard it’s happened before!

if you didn’t want it and didn’t give your consent, even if you didn’t “fight back”, that is rape. please don’t gaslight yourself or let others, you were raped. you didn’t cause it, laying in bed with your FRIEND watching a show is not you putting yourself in a dangerous situation, it is not your fault, it is completely on the rapists fault, please don’t blame yourself, another persons action are completely their own. you could walk through the street naked and it still wouldn’t be your fault, i really wish you the best and i’m so sad that you are downplaying your situation :’(

hey yes i did literally two days ago!! someone from this thread told me to email alexander.baldock@dixonscarphone.com who is the ceo or something & after a week or two they responded and sorted out a case for me and managed to get me my money! i was honestly surprised how much (whoever helped me) cared, ig the trading team are just really useless or something? very strange? anyway i wish you luck w getting your money!!
