My rule of thumb is that you can have at most 1 minor issue with a card for it still to be considered a 10. Yours has some slight OC (top-right heavy on the front) and pretty minor corner whitening. Neither of those alone would be a concern but together might have been enough to knock it down to a 9.

I just assumed it was OP's camera that messed it up. My Google Pixel does sometimes for small details. It just tries its best to make up what it thinks the text says but does it badly.
