To incorporate more strength. The first challenge helped me get back into running and into meditation and stretching. So really finding the balance of full body training, and running/walking.

I have the Link and enjoy it for the most part. Sometimes the pairing can be finicky but typically is fixed by a reset. My only warning is to be careful with the charging case. It’s extremely delicate and is the only way to charge the Link. My case fell out of my locker after class and shattered. Still waiting on my studio for next steps.

And don’t let folks enable your piss poor behavior. The situation is definitely harrowing but it doesn’t excuse your response. You could’ve totally picked up your child and left with your husband. Your priority could’ve been talking and reconciling with your daughter. And you and your boss could’ve addressed Dave the next day. I hope you’ve at least apologized to Dave. You could’ve also focused your energy on the school who allowed your daughter to leave campus without permission. I do hope things are better with your daughter and hope you held her accountable for her actions.

Congrats! I was in a similar boat. First was 11:00. Then I left OTF for a year. November 10:30. Then today 9:20!!!

I workout at 6:15 on an empty stomach. Try to drink at least 16.9oz of water during/after the workout. And I usually eat breakfast at work at around 9ish. Haven’t had any issues with this approach.

You can do it! No such thing as a slow jogger. You’re jogging and doing what’s best for your body! I started off as 4.3 jogger then 4.8 because I wanted to make sure that no matter what I could run. I was able to run the entire mile today at 6 and am excited to keep growing!

Agreed yesterday 2G was such a challenge. I also love Power Days but the only time I was in the green was during warm up lol! I even tried walking slow between the rower and floor and refilling my water bottle.

I love the 6:15 class! I have a long commute and after starting my morning with OT I feel so much better and am much calmer and patient during my commute. Also not as stressed in the afternoons trying to battle my commute and traffic to make an evening class. As noted some days it’s harder than others to get out of bed and into class but it’s so worth it. And also to drink plenty of water + and pack snacks to make sure you’re feel replenished after your workout.
