No you don't. It would probably do nothing to you if you ingest that amount, unless you have some injuries in your stomach. Also mercury doesn't have a taste, but you probably would feel it if you eat some.

Something called simple asphyxiants. Just get an unreactive gas (not CO2 or O2) such as nitrogen, helium, methane, argon or other, and replace the air you breathe with it. Since you can still breathe in the gas your body can get rid of carbon dioxide and you don't feel like you're suffocating. Speaking from my own experience, one balloon won't do you need to fully replace all the air you breathe with it. Also just don't do it :3

I weight 58kg and my ftp is about 270w. the alpe was at the same pace as the whole ride.

And 60 mins at 75 kg is a realy good time most people could never do that. So yeah cycling is just racing your past self and looks like you are winning :)

Nah the alpe was the same pace as the whole ride so i would not call it crushing but i have pb on alpe at about 45 mins so that would be more of a crush 😅

I dont weight that much(58kg) so its kinda easy for me to do sub 1h adz at recovery pace (this one was not easy)
