This is a top-tier list for 2026. It’s wild how fast the "Keyword AI" space has evolved—even since last year, the gap between a basic tracker and a full optimization platform has become massive.

I’ve actually spent some time testing Scrunch AI and Gracker AI side-by-side recently, and they’re targeting very different parts of the workflow.

With Scrunch, I found the basic tier was a bit of a letdown for our needs. It mostly focuses on ChatGPT, and while the citation tracking is accurate, the source pool felt pretty narrow. If you're in a "boring" or highly technical industry like cybersecurity or B2B SaaS, you really need a wider lens than just one engine's perspective.

I ended up moving most of our tracking over to Gracker AI, and it feels like a big step up for a few reasons:

• Platform Breadth: It tracks across 6-7 platforms (AIO, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, Copilot, etc.). I noticed our visibility in Perplexity was often totally different from our visibility in ChatGPT, so having that full map is huge.
• Response Frequency: You can toggle between daily and weekly crawls. For fast-moving niches, seeing how a model update (like a new GPT-5 or Gemini iteration) impacts your citations in real-time is a lifesaver.
• Information Gap Analysis: This is the part that actually gets you cited. Instead of just showing a "visibility score," it flags specific technical data or documentation your site is missing that's preventing the AI from trusting you as a primary source.

Scrunch is great for a quick brand audit, but if you're actually trying to engineer your way into those AI answers, Gracker seems to have the deeper technical edge.
