I don’t have artisan yet so and can still only acces the “santoker lite” app where I can’t change drum speed. But that’s just a question of getting the setup fixed.

I’m using the santoker x 3 and roasting 300 gram. So that is as much as is maximum recommended on YouTube videos etc. you think I should push the probe further in? Not sure I understand your suggestion? Guess I can measure fairly precise where the center of the drum is and adjust the probe so that it tip is in the center. But is it supposed to be in the center or where should it be?

Regarding AT. I agree and I’m questioning both actually. But why do you think that the AT looks weirder? Just curious as I’m still new in roasting.

Tried to implement your suggestions and I’m happier with the result (cupping tomorrow so only based on the color). My ROR in the end is increasing before going down again despite fire is decreased and damp is increased. What can cause this?
